Myeisha Essex is a journalist, digital strategist, and lover of all things black culture. She currently serves as a senior editor at Entertainment Tonight, and previously digital director for staging-blacklove.kinsta.cloud, managing editor of The Shade Room, and senior digital producer at The Real Daytime Talk Show. As a writer, her work has been published in Essence Magazine. And as a new student of meditation, she's passionate about healing work and telling stories of black women living healthier, happier, and more well-rested lives. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Myeisha is a graduate of Bennett College for Women and Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism. In her downtime, she enjoys laughing until she cries.
